1. Returns Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging along with all the accessories in the box if provided.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- if any issues with the product under the warranty period, then you can claim the product’s replacement warranty.
- If the order is canceled before delivery then if the product is dispatched the customer will have to pay the applicable charges.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@quentire.com to request a return authorization, at this point, you need to provide a reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the address to which you should send the product.
3. Refund Policy:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it usually takes 2-6 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Warranty Claims:
- In the case of LED lights if the product is damaged due to voltage fluctuations in the electricity or any defect with the product within the warranty period, except for physical damages or water damage (water damage except for outdoor LED lights or IP65/IP66 rated products), then they can claim for product replacement by contacting us at admin@quentire.com / contact us page.
- In the case of other products, the warranty shall be claimed based on the specified terms on the product page or based on the terms mentioned by the product manufacturer for warranty whichever is applicable at that time.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at admin@quentire.com / contact us page immediately upon receipt.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before approving a return or refund.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
6. Exceptions:
- Custom-made physical damages or damages caused due to personal reasons, other than the causes mentioned in the product warranty terms are generally not eligible for return or refund.
- warranty claims cannot be made if the warranty cards are lost in the case of Fans and other products if provided with the warranty card.
- Warranty cannot be claimed if the company name seal / serial number on the product or warranty card is erased by the customer either knowingly or unknowingly.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
9. Changes to This Policy:
- We reserve the right to update or modify this returns and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
